Benefits and Features
TLV offers two survey tools for managing steam trap population in order to conserve energy and optimize steam discharge locations.
- - Computerized Steam Trap Management System
- - Pocket-size diagnostic tool for basic operational Judgement Vibration and measurement control
These tools have the following features:
- - Computerized Steam Trap Management System (TrapMan) consists of TM5 hardware that automaticaly judges trap operating status accurately, and TrapManager that is an analysing software.
- - Pocket-sized diagnostic tool (PT1) is useful for basic judgement for not only steam traps but also valves and for checking bearings.
TLV is also engaged in support activities (e.g., training seminars) designed to assist the end user in being able to make full use of these tools. the various equipment from which data can be saved onto the computer, where the data can then easily be accessed and used for various purposes.
