TLV CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has established the following guidelines as the privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as "the Policy") to properly handle personal information based on the Policy about handling the personal information of users (hereinafter referred to as "the User") of the application “TLV Valve Calculator” (hereinafter referred to as "the App") provided by the Company.

The Company complies strictly with applicable Japanese laws and other relevant standards regarding personal information and has established rigorous security policies and measures.

The Company has established an Information Security Committee with a designated responsible officer. The organizational structure of the committee and communication/reporting systems are clearly defined.

(Personnel Measures) 
The Company regularly conducts education and training programs for employees on information security.

(Physical Security Measures) 
The information collected is clearly classified based on confidentiality, and employee access to relevant areas is strictly controlled.

(Technical Security Measures) 
The Company restricts access on information handling, limiting information access to designated personnel only.

(Understanding of External Environment) 
The Company implements security management measures after assessing the App for personal data protection in countries where personal information is stored.

Article 4. Procedures for amendments in privacy policy

The Company will review the content of the Policy as appropriate to strive for its improvement. The contents of the Policy may be amended, except as otherwise provided by laws or specified provisions in the Policy. The amended privacy policy will be effective from the time it is notified to the User by the method prescribed by the Company or posted on our website.

The Company will comply with Japanese laws and regulations and other standards applicable to the personal information it holds.
