Vacuum Steam Heating System

The VM4HPN is now available for vacuum steam heating systems Vacuumizers, which heat with steam even at temperatures below 100°C, enabling faster and more precise heating than hot water, with improved anti-erosion and corrosion performance, rust resistance, and easier maintenance than ever before.

Vortex Flowmeter (Transmitter)

In addition to high-precision measurement and wide measurement range (rangeability), all models are equipped with a built-in temperature sensor for correction, enabling mass flow correction calculation of saturated steam by the transmitter alone.
In addition, some models can be optionally equipped with a pressure sensor function, which enables detection of superheated steam and measurement of dryness using actual measured pressure and temperature values.

Vacuum Steam Heating System

The VM3HPN is a vacuum steam heating system that heats with steam even at temperatures below 100°C, enabling faster and more precise heating than hot water. The VM3HPN has improved anti-erosion and corrosion performance, is less prone to rust, and is easier to maintain than previous models.

Bypass blow valve

This is a bypass blow valve that prevents leakage of the internal valve even at high pressure and high temperature during trap bypass blow at plant startup.
Prevents wall thinning due to scale entrapment and erosion, which are causes of inner valve leakage.
Even after bypass blow at high pressure, such as differential pressure exceeding 4 MPaG, the valve does not leak and provides high sealing performance for a long period of time.

Digital indicating controller

The only controller that can be used in combination with MC-COS series control valves.
PID control is also possible for general-purpose control valves. Compatible with various types of measurement inputs and equipped with a variety of functions as standard, including 16-point memory of target setpoints, 4 event outputs, and 3 analog outputs.
Setting values can be read/written from/to a PC using a dedicated cable (sold separately).

Steam compressor

The SC series steam compressors, which boost the pressure of low-pressure steam for effective use, are now available in the SC14/SC21/SC31 large-capacity types. The maximum intake steam flow rate of 3100 kg/h can be used not only for waste heat recovery but also for supply-demand balance compensation of the main steam system.

Free-float steam trap for equipment

The only free-float steam trap for equipment with vertical piping.
As with the J3X for horizontal piping, it has a large drainage and exhaust capacity, while the kinematic float support mechanism provides high sealing performance even when the drainage is very small. Steam loss is minimized.

Direct-acting pressure reducing valve for air

Lightweight and compact direct-acting pressure reducing valve with stainless steel body and main parts.
By designating it for air use only, a soft seat with excellent sealing performance is used for the main valve seat to prevent pressure buildup at the shut-off point.

Vacuum steam heating system for food and beverage (VACUUMIZER)

A new series of compact and low-cost vacuum steam heating system Vacuumizer, which can perform rapid and uniform heating using saturated steam even at temperatures below 100°C, is now available.
It speedily heats food and beverage factories to 70-90°C without scorching or uneven heating.

With a minimum head of 155 mm, it can be used in small facilities where the condensate outlet tends to be low. Ideal for condensate recovery in open systems.

With a minimum head of 300 mm, it can be installed in facilities with low drain outlets. It is ideal for condensate recovery in air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment and for countermeasures against condensate retention that causes water hammer and metal corrosion.

Free Float® steam trap for equipment (high temperature and high pressure)

The JH series has three important features for equipment steam traps: a large condensate discharge capacity, an automatic blowing mechanism with strong air rejection capability, and a design that can be used under high pressure.

The JX series is a steam trap for equipment that continuously discharges condensate and has a large condensate discharge capacity in a compact design, as well as an automatic blowing mechanism with powerful air rejection capability thanks to the use of an X-element.

Separator

This is an air-water separator that forcibly separates condensate generated and mixed in steam or air piping.
The built-in cyclone swirls steam or air at high speed to separate heavy condensate by centrifugal force, achieving a separation efficiency of 98% (at steam flow velocity of 30 m/s).

Mechanical pump system package (PowerTrap)

The PowerTrap GP series condensate recovery pumps, which are steam/air driven and require no electricity, are now available in three new system packages that combine the necessary equipment in a compact package.

Large-capacity vacuum breaker

This is a compact, large-volume vacuum breaker valve.
For seawater applications, duplex stainless steel is used for its high corrosion resistance.
