Vortex Flowmeter (Transmitter)

Bypass blow valve
This is a bypass blow valve that prevents leakage of the internal valve even at high pressure and high temperature during trap bypass blow at plant startup.
Prevents wall thinning due to scale entrapment and erosion, which are causes of inner valve leakage.
Even after bypass blow at high pressure, such as differential pressure exceeding 4 MPaG, the valve does not leak and provides high sealing performance for a long period of time.

The only controller that can be used in combination with MC-COS series control valves.
PID control is also possible for general-purpose control valves. Compatible with various types of measurement inputs and equipped with a variety of functions as standard, including 16-point memory of target setpoints, 4 event outputs, and 3 analog outputs.
Setting values can be read/written from/to a PC using a dedicated cable (sold separately).

The SC series steam compressors, which boost the pressure of low-pressure steam for effective use, are now available in the SC14/SC21/SC31 large-capacity types. The maximum intake steam flow rate of 3100 kg/h can be used not only for waste heat recovery but also for supply-demand balance compensation of the main steam system.

Free-float steam trap for equipment
The only free-float steam trap for equipment with vertical piping.
As with the J3X for horizontal piping, it has a large drainage and exhaust capacity, while the kinematic float support mechanism provides high sealing performance even when the drainage is very small. Steam loss is minimized.
