| Temperature control traps used in low-temperature tracing lines are vulnerable to scale clogging due to their design, but a descaling function that can unclog the valve seat without disassembly can significantly extend their service life. | The three-point support mechanism of the high-precision polished float provides high sealing performance even with a small amount of drainage. In addition, the simple construction with minimal moving parts and no intensive wear of the float maintains high functionality for a long period of time. | Replacement of the steam trap requires only the removal and installation of two bolts. What is a Trap Station?
The Trap Station, which integrates TLV's QuickTrap® system and front (rear) valve, simplifies trap installation and replacement, saving space and simplifying piping installation.
Easy Trap Replacement
Allows easy removal and replacement of steam traps with only two bolts, greatly reducing maintenance time and labour costs. Free Float®, disc, and thermostatic traps can be selected.
Extensive Lineup
The V1/V2 series uses bellows valves with zero gland leakage, while the V1P/V2P series uses piston valves that provide reliable sealing. The lineup also includes a blowdown valve for internal blowing and a test valve for checking trap operation.
The V1/V1P series with a valve on the inlet side is ideal for lines where the outlet side is open to the atmosphere, while the V2/V2P series with valves on both the inlet and outlet sides are ideal for lines where the outlet side is closed to collect condensate.
