Problem
A steam accumulator uses electrodes and solenoid valves to control the tank water level, which requires an electrical control system, and there are concerns about the durability of the solenoid valves and the stability of the electrodes. In addition, there is not much clearance between the top of the accumulator and the ceiling, causing heat to accumulate, however the water level control equipment must be installed away from high ambient temperatures, so the layout is not very flexible. For these reasons, it is desirable to eliminate the electrical control equipment if possible.
